SEPTEMBER: Cocktail Recipe

Now this is a drink! This recipe was graciously provided by Erica Cerles, a server/bartender at the Crystal Fountain Restaurant located in the Marina International Hotel.

1 oz. Malibu Rum
1 oz. Cremé de Banana
1 tbsp. Tabasco Sauce
2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Combine Rum and Cremé de Banana over ice. Add Tabasco sauce and pineapple juice. Shake vigorously and garnish with pineapple and chilé pepper.
